Load Bearing Frame:-

Walling:-
Exterior masonry of 25 cm. Hollow bricks of 'A' quality, finished with cement based plaster.
Interior walling of 10 cm. Hollow bricks of 'A' quality, finished with cement based plaster.

Plastering:-
Exterior - 3 coats of plaster and paint.
Interior - 3 coats of plaster and paint.

Roofing:-
Slope reinforced concrete slab with moisture insulation and local 'A' quality tile.

Flooring:-
Living room, dining room kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms finished in best quality ceramic tile priced at CY£8 per square metre.

Verandas finished in best quality ceramic tiles priced at CY£6 per square metre - maximum coverage 20% of the building area.

Wall Tiles:-
Best quality ceramic tiles priced at CY£8 per square metre.
In the kitchen, at a height of 50 to 60 cm., between the work surfaces and cupboards.
In the Bathrooms and toilets to a height of 2.2 metres from the floor.

Ceramic border tiles and 'picture' tiles available at extra cost.

Sanitary Ware:-
All sanitary ware will be of deluxe quality.
Fittings and accessories will be of best quality.

Doors and Windows:-
External doors and windows will be of coloured aluminium with double glazed panels.
Interior doors will be made of M.D.F. and Swedish pine.
Main entrance door will be of high quality wood finish aluminium.

Wardrobes:-
Built-in units with doors of M.D.F. with wood colour Melamine 18 mm finish.

Kitchen cabinets and cupboards will be of wood colours Melamine 18 mm with separate frames and boxes.

Electrical Installation:-
Includes an adequate supply of power points, light fittings (with ordinary lamps), TV and telephone points, doorbell and cooker control panel.

Air-conditioning and Central Heating:-
Air conditioning is fitted as standard in bedrooms and is optional in the other rooms (provision for air conditioning units is built-in).

Gas or diesel central heating is optional but recommended.
