We are a small, privately owned property developer based in the beautiful village of Pissouri on the south western corner of Cyprus. We aim to build the highest quality homes and provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Unlike other developers, we don't have multiple projects which are complex to manage and stretch our resources. Instead, we are concentrating on building a small number of the finest quality homes on land that has been owned by our family for generations.
